About the Team

Fast learners, proactive, witty, supportive, team players!

At present, our Sales Development team consists of 10 SDRs and BDRs supporting our sales team pipeline, driving new business and growth in various markets.
BDRs are the front line on our sales customer journey, brand ambassadors spending their days researching good fit companies, identifying the right decision makers and creating quality dialogues with companies interested in digital PR & media. Right now, we are searching for a new colleague as BDR, supporting our growth in Germany. This person will be responsible for the initial qualification and reach out, scheduling calls and meetings (online or physical) between prospects and Account Executives in DACH and can be placed in Stockholm or Munich. As a BDR in Mynewsdesk, you can explore your potential and communication skills, working side by side with top skilled communication advisors.

Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, a self-starter, able to identify and develop a significant number of opportunities from sales prospecting and social media research.

So, what will you do as a BDR?

- Manage, nurture and grow your pipeline by consistent outbound and sales prospecting initiatives.

- Maintain minimum daily call and email volume to move leads down the sales funnel

- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the German market.

- Manage, track, and report your daily activities and results using Salesforce and other internal tools (Linkedin Navigator and sales prospecting tools).

- Partner with Account Executives to work the territory and drive strategic campaigns on various verticals

- Stay up-to-date with MnD’s products/services and pricing plans

- Learn and support Inbound, occasionally.

- Participate and actively engage in ongoing training to learn new best practices and develop in a sales/revenue driving role
