As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking to onboard new colleagues onto our dynamic and diverse team in the role of Business Development Representative. In our role as one of the most impactful educational organizations in Europe working in digital transformation, we are looking for someone who can join us to increase the number of leads, boost our customer base, and make a difference in how the future will unfold for organizations around the world, and have fun doing it at the same time. In this role, you will find, qualify and develop leads to others in the sales team to make sure we close more customers and empower our business development team to reach an even wider audience. Here’s what you will be responsible for:
Find, qualify and develop leads through strong communication and discovery.
Be the first point of contact for our potential customers and represent the values and mission of Stellar Capacity.
Build collaborative relationships with your Sales and Business Development team members where you learn from each other and strive to expand our reach.
Plan, prioritize and book meetings with potential clients through your contacts.
Contribute your insights to the Sales and Business Development team to build winning pitches that bring business in.


For this position, you need to:
Be target-driven in order to reach and overachieve individual and team results.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in digital and face-to-face situations.
Be eager to motivate others and get motivated in a high-impact, high-energy environment.
Be eager to develop a career in sales but maintain a strong curiosity about other fields.
Have the ability to take initiative and weigh risks quickly to achieve results.
Be fluent in both Swedish and English.

Have at least one year’s experience working with client service and customer outreach.
Eagerness to learn and excel in sales and business development.
