We are looking for an excellent Business Development Representative for our headquarters in central Malmö. For us at Web Manuals this means that you are the primary point of contact to new customers, inbound and outbound. You will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success. You will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads.

You have a technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex concepts in simple terms.

You have a pragmatic mindset and like to solve problems.
You are structured, analytical and continuously seek to improve everything you do.
You can work independently, drive your own projects and quickly adapt to new situations.
You are a clear and professional communicator both in speech and in writing.
You are comfortable working with the phone as your premium communication tool.
Responsibilities:
Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting.
Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads.
Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills.
Build successful and long term relationships with our customers by excelling our Core Values: Leadership, Enthusiasm and Responsibility.
Qualifications:
University degree.
Experience from working in a Business Development Representative role, preferably within B2B.
Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking. It’s our corporate language and the language we use to communicate with our customers.
Experience from the IT or SaaS industry as well as from the aviation industry is meriting.
Experience of working in an international environment is also meriting as is any other language but English.
