Are you a Sales star with a commercial mindset and negotiation skills? Do you have experience converting leads and opportunities into success? Are you a native Spanish speaker with experience working with clients in Spanish and English speaking markets?
Your.Rentals is looking for a Business Development Representative to be responsible for the growth of our Spanish and English speaking markets.
You'll be joining our motivated team counting 10+ nationalities in a startup environment. Join our team of more than 50 people, 15 different nationalities and offices in Malmö and Hanoi. In a flat organisation, you will work closely with other team members every day.
What will I be doing?
As a Business Development Representative, your role is to convert leads, close new deals with potential big accounts, sell the benefits from using our software (SaaS). You will use the phone and online tools such as Hubspot and Google Meet to engage in both inbound and outbound conversations with your prospects. Your goal will be to ensure the development of your market, to nurture your sales pipeline and to meet or exceed the sales goals.
Responding to Inbound contacts for your dedicated area, by phone calls, emails and in-app messaging (live chat).
Making Outbound contacts to potential clients, by phone calls, emails and in-app messaging (push messaging and live chat).
Planning and overseeing marketing initiatives (support marketing team).
Finding new markets and developing targeted markets.
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
Working closely with the Key Account Manager to ensure a good user experience.
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value to users.
Working with other parts of our company to improve our product offering and business processes.
Skills and experience
We're looking for a positive self-starter, with previous inside sales experience and a lot of ambition.
What you'll definitely need to bring:
1-3 years of work experience in Business development
High level of fluency in Spanish
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Natural confidence in cold calling, speaking with customers, executing demos and controlling conversations
Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesise information
Experience nurturing and maintaining up to date the sales pipeline
Confident computer skills (PC or Mac)
Strong self organisation and time management
Intellectual curiosity and good problem solving skills
Goal driven attitude
Work permit allowing you to work in Sweden (EU national)
Nice to have experience:
Experience in a SaaS or other software company
Experience from the vacation rental industry
Use of a live chat software, CRM software or case based customer support software.
Experience with Hubspot
Experience in manipulating data
Fluency in another language
