We are looking for a summer worker, a Business Development Specialist for the Emerging business bio-based fibres and films team. The film developing team is working very closely with a strong focus on new technologies and customer’s needs. Your location will be Stora Enso Innovation Centre for biomaterials in Sickla, Stockholm.

As a business development specialist, you will be responsible of finding customers for testing our new renewable packaging films during the summer. We want to validate if the market is ready to accept these films, and your role is to make the customers want to try and to assist their test and implementation. You will contact potential customers and converters via phone and email, as well as make workplace visits, why travelling will be required in this job. You will be the person coordinating the business activities when it comes to everything from customer contact and solutions to make it work for the specific customer.
Furthermore, the position includes the task of gaining a deeper understanding of the requirements for film materials.

Qualifications
Are you the one? In order to succeed in this role, you have some industrial working experience, as well as experience within sales, preferably technical sales. Your proficiency is based on ongoing studies or a completed degree within sales and marketing or within chemistry or other relevant area. Experience from a similar role will be seen as a strong merit.
You are a great communicator and communicate fluently in English, and have good knowledge in Microsoft office tools. If you speak Swedish, Finnish or German those are all advantageous. You have a dynamic work attitude with an analytical and systematic approach as well as excellent team working skills. You are social, easy going and business focused in terms of customers’ present and future needs.
We are flexible when it comes to working period, but we believe beginning of June until the end of August to be a great period for this job.
