The Nest by Webhelp supports fast-growing companies such as Gorillas, Swile, Lydia and Younited Credit to scale-up their global CX and Sales teams, quickly and simply.
Launched in France in 2018 and recently extended to 9 new countries in Europe, the US and Latin America The Nest by Webhelp offers a wide variety of services to boost startups ‘growth. These services are tailor-made and include: omnichannel customer engagement services, sales support, digital content management and payment & KYC services.

This program is part of the Webhelp Group, the leading global customer experience (CX) and business solutions provider.

Our goal for 2022 is to further establish The Nest by Webhelp as the go-to outsourcing partners for fast-growing companies around the globe. To support our growth, we are now searching for a Business Director, to head up our new brand and lead business in the Swedish market.

In this role you will be responsible for the development, successful launch and implementation of The Nest program in Sweden by...
- Being the face and voice of The Nest by Webhelp in this market, developing a wide network within the local startup ecosystem (from startups to venture capital funds), increasing our brand awareness and becoming the trusted partner of successful startups and scale-ups.
- Developing our sales in this market, working in partnership with clients to boost their growth and improve their CX or sales performance. Sophisticated relationship management will be pivotal in being able to act as a mentor and consultant for the startup..

Manage both an inbound and outbound approach to sales. You should also be able to empathize deeply with startups and scale-ups, understanding their problems and how The Nest by Webhelp can solve them. You are entrepreneurial by nature and thrive on working with early-stage businesses as they grow rapidly.

You will bring with you a good network in the startup ecosystem and...
- A proven track record of building new credible and successful relationships
- Ability to demonstrate successful experience in a business development, venture capital, sales, or consulting role
- A passion for tech and startup environment, with a good understanding of startups growth challenges
- Strong interpersonal skills, willingness to learn
- High degree of autonomy, drive and energy
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Experience across multi sectors is a plus
