We are now looking to strengthen the Business Engagement area, by recruiting a Business Engagement Manager for Aftermarket and Data Analytics.

Organization Description – Construction Division IT (CD GIS)
Husqvarna Construction Division Global Information Services (HCD GIS) is a fairly new organization with the purpose to strengthen the IT delivery towards the business and be seen as a true business partner. The organization can be seen as a broker between the business and IT.
The organization consists of five different functions; Business Engagement, Governance, Operations, Enterprise Architecture and Project Portfolio Management Office.
About the department
One of the departments within Husqvarna HCD GIS is the Business Engagement team. The purpose with this function is to bridge the gap between the business and IT but also to drive progress in the digitalization journey for Husqvarna Construction. The department consists of a number of Business Engagement Managers, Business Analysts and Project Managers.
About the role
At Husqvarna Group, the Business Engagement Manager position is similar to ITIL’s Business Relationship Manager. The Business Engagement Manager is simply put the IT key-account manager with one leg in the technology and one leg in the business. The purpose is to understand the business and proactively see how IT can be used to further strengthen the business.
The Business Engagement Manager shall function as a catalysator for IT solutions within the business and contribute in the ongoing digitalization journey.
Key responsibilities as Business Engagement Manager are:
Develop and nurture positive relationships with Husqvarna Construction business, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Understand the needs and goals of the Husqvarna Construction aftermarket business and work to align our services/products with their requirements.
Act as the main point of contact, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of products/services meets business expectations.
Identify opportunities and drive progress to leverage on Husqvarna Constructions digitalization journey.
Monitor industry trends to proactively identify potential business opportunities.
Prepare and report on project status and financials.

About you
In this role, you need to be fearless and independent. That means that if you don't "get through" on one path, you must have the drive to try other paths - on your own. You are that kind of person that searches for information and reach out to various contacts, in order to be heard and progress in various assignments and projects.
A fast-moving environment is a good place for you, where processes and working methods are sometimes missing. Because, you have the right drive to contribute to building this up. With a strategic mindset, you enjoy having dialogues with the business, as well as build strategic Roadmaps based on business input connected to IT and document. You present this in an understandable way and are also good at producing that material, that visualizes what the message is (e.g. roadmap for defined areas).
At the same time as being strategic, you must be able to be operational and take the lead in different contexts and above all, take ownership and delegate when needed, always with an ongoing follow up.
Your capabilities and experiences
Bachelor of Science in Business administration & IT or equivalent education or experience.
Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successful relationship management and business development preferrable within Aftermarket.
Strong understanding of the aftermarket business, including trends and customer needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Experience from financial planning (Budget, Forecast etc.)
Great communication skills in English and Swedish

Location:
Jonsered, but travels will occur.
