Husqvarna Group is a world-leading producer of outdoor power products for garden, park and forest care. Products include chainsaws, trimmers, robotic lawn mowers and ride-on lawn mowers. We are now recruiting the Business Engagement Manager (BEM) Digital Commerce to Husqvarna Group. In this position you will be the primary contact between the global IT-department (GIS, Global Information Services) and Husqvarnas business costumers. This is a position that combines strategic IT-work with online business development.

The Position:
The BEM is a link between smart IT-solutions for digital commerce and the business. You will be responsible for gathering and transform business demands into capabilities and requirements for IT-solutions and service to strengthen Husqvarna Groups Digital commerce.

You will also work proactively and participate in business development and introduce ideas based on new technologies.

Other responsibilities could be:
  Building relationships with business stakeholders, other GIS functions and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery
Manage the portfolio of project as well as backlog demands.
Be an active part in steering committees for project within the portfolio
Lead and be deeply involved in Husqvarna Groups online services and digital transformation journey in order to optimize and secure the future IT-landscape.
Be a strategic partner to the business stakeholders
Lead key initiative and steer implementation of new services.
Co-ordinate pre-studies and coach managers and PMs
Budget and forecast prioritization

This is a position with many key interfaces, i.e.; digital marketing and E-commerce stakeholders, GIS Business engagement, GIS Domain Architects and strategic partners.

Your profile
You have a BSC or MSC in a relevant field and some years of experience from similar roles. You have extensive experience in a role between IT and business with focus on digital commerce.

Global Project Management experience is a strong merit as well as senior stakeholder management.

As a person you consider yourself as driven, self-going and structured and have excellent communication and networking skills.
You have excellent verbal and written skills in English, Swedish is an advantage.
