We are now recruiting the next Business Engagement Manager to Husqvarna Group. As Business Engagement Manager People Organization you will be an important part in devloping, both new and existing, HR-systems and be the bridge between HR and IT.

About the position
At Husqvarna Group, the Business Engagement Manager position is similar to ITIL’s Business Relationship Manager. Our business for this position is People Organization where you will combine your passion for technology and HR. The purpose of the role is to have a good understanding of the business and proactively see how technology can be used to improve the HR-business. You will be a big contributor in the ongoing digitalization journey. The Business Engagement Manager is a catalysator for IT solutions within the HR-business and a contributor in the ongoing digitalization journey. 

Key responsibilities as Business Engagement Manager are:
•    Build and maintain good relations with key business stakeholders within PO
•    Manage portfolio of change activities and drive development of HR IT roadmap together with key business stakeholders
•    Gather demands, develop business cases and initiate IT changes within HR
•    Lead Steering Committees and steer project managers within domain portfolio
•    Follow-up and manage IT spend within domain portfolio and support budget and prioritization process for portfolio.
•    Manage our strategic partners, external service providers and our service agreements within HR and Workforce Management
•    Engage actively in our ongoing Human Resources and IT strategy development as part of Husqvarna Group’s digitalization journey
•    Build operational excellence with our IT services and enable IT to be a true partner to the HR-business

The Business Engagement Manager reports to the Business Engagement Director Group Solutions.

Your profile
You have at least a bachelor within relevant area and 5 years of relavant work experience. Proven knowledge within HR and Workforce Management are is prerequisite. Maybe you have a background as HR-consultant or Business Relationship Manager but wants to combine stratigic HR and IT in order to create smart digital solutions for the HR-area.  You have experience in Change Management and working with different solution in the within HR; such as Compensation Benefit, Human Capital Management, Performance Talent, Learning, Time Attendance, etc. 

In addition to the above, we would like to see a person in this role that is proactive, motivated, able to work independently, and structured. 
Working with a large stakeholder group, both internal and external, excellent communication and networking skills are required. As many our key stakeholders and key suppliers are based in Sweden, you need to be fluent in Swedish as well as English. 

This position could be placed either in Stockholm, Huskvarna or Jonsered.
