I am Jennie Gehlin and I head up Business Excellence within Division X. I am now looking for not one but two Business Excellence Managers to be part of our team. You will be working closely with our Business areas in Division X as well as different teams in Shared Tech & Operations. Our team has a broad area of expertise and responsibilities. Business Excellence requires a holistic outlook of the whole organization, all set within the overriding context of delivering results in a pragmatic, consistently successful fashion. To secure long lasting relationships with our customers and business growth we focus on reusability, scalability and sustainability always with our customers close to heart.
Within the role as Business Excellence Manager, you can, for example, work with areas such as ISO quality and environment management, being the knowledge lead and/or Business Owner for a common capability or service within Customer Engagement, coach in process modelling and governance, work with transformation journeys within Division X, defining target processes, work with customer engagement areas such as qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis to create an even better customer experience.

Who are you?
You are ready for a new challenge, someone who enjoys working in a climate where there are a lot of unanswered questions. Division X is fast paced, with lots of entrepreneur driven people who loves creating and finding new business. You enjoy working with people with that mindset and you have a knack for translating their ideas into sustainable ways of working.
You have experience of agile ways of working in a larger context, driving change and improvements in matrix or other complex organizations. Your formal education and experience may vary, but you have a solid commercial and process understanding and the ability to connect the dots e2e. You understand the importance of transparency and communication, and you are a hands-on person who likes to get things done and like to cooperate with others.
You see the big picture. Creating a delightful customer experience and reducing waste is your mantra.

You Have:
Experience of agile ways of working in a complex context
Experience within the field of Business Excellence
Knowledge & understanding of BPMN & ITIL
Experience of ISO certifications
Experience of complex stakeholder management
Leadership experience – not necessarily formal
Relevant university degree
Excellent English skills.
