About the job

We are hiring a Business Excellence Specialist to be part of our Group Quality team. The Business Excellence Specialist is an experienced professional within process and business improvement.

In this role you will lead, promote, and facilitate the implementation and transformation of processes to meet our company strategy, as well as continue to build on the existing framework for continuous improvement. You will also contribute to supporting a strong culture for continuous improvement within Polarium. The right candidate will have a strong drive and stamina to develop the way Polarium deals with continuous improvement of the processes in the management system. To be successful in the role, you need the ability to learn from previous best practice and use that knowledge when working with process owners at Polarium. You will collaborate with colleagues from our sites in Kista, Sundsvall, Oskarshamn and internationally with Mexico, Vietnam, the US and soon South Africa. The position is based in Kista, Sweden

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of how Polarium improves its processes together with process owners

- Guide the team and colleagues at Polarium on how to implement changes in processes

- Develop the Integrated Management System together with the team

- Further develop non-conformity handling together with the team

Qualification and experience:

Required:

- BA in Business Administration or Science

- Solid (minimum 5-10 years) experience in quality management preferably from a manufacturing company

- Solid (minimum 5-10 years) experience in change management

- Knowledge in data analysis and interpretation, proficiency in Excel

- Solid (5-10 years) experience from leading workshops and problem-solving sessions with qualified and skilled cross functional specialists

- Excellent English-speaking skills, both verbal and in writing

- Proficiency in Power BI
