Short description of the product area and team

The team ensures a quick and reliable delivery of Digital Receipts, development of features to enable a good solution for Digital Receipts
We are now looking for a Business Expert to further strengthen the team working mainly with business investigations that needs to be done in order to roll out Digital Receipts.

Work tasks

As a Business Expert in Business Tech you will be in the center of the action where product meets business. You will be working closely with Product Owners, development teams and other stakeholders, helping to make sure that the product development is in line with the business need.
The Business Expert believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. Working with a focus on value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership and accountability. Delivering exceptional customer and business results.

The work tasks include:

· Market analysis for Digital Receipts
· Evaluation of different solution for Digital Receipts
· Coordinating roll out of Digital Receipts
· Support with identifying new product features based on business opportunities by assessing feasibility and requirements
· Testing the efficacy of new product releases and features

Kvalifikationer och erfarenheter

Technical Competences

Mandatory requirements, both competence and tools:

· Strong analytical skills.
· Ability to gather, analyze and understand customer and business needs
· Excellent communication skills
· Comfortable in discussing product design and improvements

Qualifying requirements:

· Experience in Agile software development practices

Personal Competences

· We have an Agile WoW and organisation is new, so a flexible mindset is important. We are on a journey and all questions cannot be answered about wow etc.
· Honest and transparent communication when in agreement and not in agreement
· Enjoy being a part of a team
· Open minded
· Problem oriented

Language skills

· Fluent in English written an oral

· Swedish, oral and written is meriting
