As a Business Expert you will be the main contact and bridge between business and tech, you will make a difference for our assortment teams by transforming our business needs into tangible actions in a keep it simple way. You will be a part of global multicompetent team that strive to be at the forefront of working agile, smart, and flexible to create value for users and the company.
In the role, you will:
Contribute with expertise to solve issues for customers and colleagues
Analyzing business and customer needs in order to find optimal solutions and develop actionable insights
Develops and improves business processes, tools, and WoW etc. to maximize business and customer value
Roll out, support, improve methods, tools & business processes



Who are you?
As a Business Expert you will have an amazing impact in this team; therefore, we think you have a deep understanding of assortment ways of working specifically in the planning process and handle complex information and business problems. You are great with people and can keep up a large network of stakeholders. Furthermore, you are detailed and solution oriented, yet able to see the long-term vision.
We also believe you have:
Experience of working in retail
Skilled in pinpointing what's need to improve end-user efficiency, resulting in business & customer value
Strong ability to contribute to solving complex problems relating to the subject matter expertise
Ability to understand development from ideation to release
Skilled in setting priorities by analyzing impact both from a business value and user perspective
Ability to create business case and tie it to identified opportunities and costs
Strong ability to understand and clearly express the connections between larger business goals
Strong ability to align releases from quality perspective to meet end users’ expectations to achieve operational excellence
Skilled in networking with stakeholders and end-users at various levels
