Job Description


The Checkout area is a part of Customer Domain within Business Tech. Within Checkout we are responsible for a wide range of products and services, such as Point of Sale systems in our stores, Digital checkout on our web and app, a variety of omni checkout enabling services, and digital returns. The Checkout area covers the journey from the “wallet in hand” customer experience and until they have returned or decided to keep their items.
As a Business Expert you will be in the center of the action where product meets business. You will be working closely with Product Owners, development teams and other stakeholders, helping to make sure that the product development is in line with the business need. Furthermore, you will be in close collaboration with Local Accounting representatives and other Business Tech teams around the globe to ensure that our checkout solutions meet all local legal, fiscal and compliance requirements in a cost-efficient and sustainable way. You will gather, analyze, and translate legal, fiscal and compliance requirements so that all parties involved know what the requirements means. Your expertise and engagement will be crucial to succeed in the ongoing Checkout decoupling journey and to reach our Checkout mission.

Comfortable in discussing product design and improvements
define appropriate business, product and quality metrics and key success indicators
Ability to apply subject matter expertise to support construction of product strategy, including definition of relevant business, quality/test, and product KPIs
Ability to ensure the quality of the delivery by setting acceptance criteria's and perform end-user testing, always with focus on the customer experience.
Ability to integrate qualitative and quantitate research, product analysis and customer insights into product requirements
Experience in Agile software development practices
