About the role
As a Business Expert in Business Tech you will be in the centre of the action where product meets business. You will be working closely with Product Owners, development teams and other stakeholders, helping to make sure that the product development is in line with the business need.
The Business Expert believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. Working with a focus on value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership and accountability. Delivering exceptional customer and business results.
This role focuses on Finance, Accounting and SAP. Experience in this area is essential
What you’ll do
Contribute with your specialized Business area expertise to help improve Products that solve business problems for customers and business end users.
Further develop a deep understanding of the existing business area using data and user insights to build material that will help make business decisions/initiatives critical to scale
Support the PO in developing a strong understanding of the product and define appropriate business, product and quality metrics and key success indicators
Testing the efficacy of new product releases and features
Support in the definition of acceptance criteria & perform UAT
Support the product team with feature testing when needed

Your Experience
Have demonstrated history of working with Finance & Accounting and SAP in a product environment.
Proactively delivering subject matter expertise to support product strategy, including definition of relevant business, quality/test and product KPIs
Highly capable to make quick decisions and support the Product Owners to make sure that they constantly prioritize right things
Ability to solve complex functional problems
Strong communication skills and have the ability to build connections between many different stakeholders and team
