Global Merchandising today consists of approx. 30 employees and are made up of Customer Analytics Team, Global Supply Chain and Merchandising Solutions.
Following the development of H&M towards customer centricity, Global Supply Chain team has grown rapidly over recent years. Now we are 12 individuals coming from 8 different countries sharing the same values and passion for Supply Chain and hence working as one strong team. We work with colleagues from headquarters in Stockholm and regional teams from all over the world to support and improve operations, maintain and develop tools, optimize omni garment flows and many more exciting areas within the supply chain.

Job Description
The position aims to support newly emerging regional organizations. Your main responsibilities will be the following:
Regional support: Support regions on allocation and inbound monitoring by providing analysis, maintaining and developing toolbox
Store Consolidation: Lead garment flow stream supporting Store Consolidation process
Inbound monitoring: Provide global overview and analysis per region of backlog within different legs of supply chain. Support developments of Stock Flow Monitoring BT product as Business Expert
Regional operations: Contribute to cross-functional work preparing supporting packs for the regions on a quarterly basis and hosting forums with the regional teams
Regionalization: Enable transformation by building larger market clusters, revise the existing processes and support regional merchandise teams in setting up new allocation parameters
Qualifications
We believe that you have
Extensive Supply Chain background (concept merch/supply chain merch/logistics) from the region or global
Merch systems and processes knowledge
Logistics systems and processes knowledge
You enjoy working in a role where you drive your own agenda. As a person you are goal driven, open minded and can adapt to a constantly changing environment. You have great communication skills and thrive in a role where you work cross-functionally and connect people to others.
Additional information
This is full-time permanent position based in Stockholm, Sweden. You will report to Business Area Manager Allocation.
