Customer Experience & Sales (CX & Sales) is a newly established global cross-functional and customer-centric function within the H&M Brand focusing on delivering an outstanding customer experience. CX & Sales has a key role in enabling us to reach our brand direction, to become the leading destination for style, creativity and culture. As Business Expert in the Demand & Supply and Inventory Management unit, you will be right at the center of this shift towards a truly customer-centric organisation.
Job Description
As Business Expert Inventory Management & Operations you will be responsible for Developing and improving strategy, methods, tools, and way of working etc. to maximize customer value as well as co-driving the OMNI agendas. We enable our Regions and Business Units to execute on garment flow planning and steering to optimally serve customer demand and optimize the supply chain triangle. We drive, lead and contribute to the development of a fully circular customer-centric supply chain and contribute to prioritizing developments for the totality of a demand-driven supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Set short- and long-term strategy connected to replenishment and reversed logistics
Be a global counterpart toward regions and gather input on improvements and developments as well as to support & develop regional teams.
Roll-out, support and improve methods, tools, systems and processes.
Secure that the business function provides business expertise towards global functions (for example Business Tech, Store operation, and Logistics) and enable strong link with our Regions).
Link business function mission to company vision and strategy.
Actively assure that our developments are aligned with current business needs.
Foresee future business needs and drive the development of these together with relevant stakeholders.

Strong experience of working within Store Merchandising in Regions required
Wide understanding of our Supply Chain including both operational processes, flows and logistics.
Strong Analytical skills & a strategic mindset.
Strong Collaboration & Communication skills.
Have a business and customer-oriented mindset with the motivation to constantly improve, achieve targets and drive the agenda forward.
Strategic and visionary thinking, understands where retail is going and can drive the strategic agenda forward, set vision, and enable business area colleagues.
Like taking responsibility and enjoy working in a changing environment cross-functionally.
