What you will do
PMCO/Commercial Systems & Tools is recruiting a Business Expert with very good experience in the area of Reporting, data modelling and data management. You will enter a global role and work closely with many of our Clusters, central business organisations as well as our global IT organisation. This role will be based in Lund.
Main responsibilities:
In close collaboration with business Organisations, identify & understand business requirements
Prototype, design and develop solutions. Continuously collaborate with business owner, improve and launch applications 
Collaboration with Solution Architects on systems and tools requirements and future needs
Align with relevant global process teams 
Propose future enhancements and participate/drive continuous improvement in Report & Data
Drive training and optimise existing reporting for improved user experience

Qualifications
You are a self-motivated, result orientated person with a strong drive. You pay attention to details and can manage many different tasks simultaneously.
You have excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. 
Very good understanding in Database Modelling, Data Warehousing methodology and models for statistical analysis.
Expertise in Business Intelligence applications
Extensive knowledge in SQL Data Warehouse and have full command in Power BI and HANA View.
Experience in developing data models, data flow design and data connections best practices to develop robust & scalable solutions. 
You have a proven ability to develop effective relationships and give excellent support to peers and colleagues. 
Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken
