The mission of the Merchandising unit in Sales is to meet and create customer and consumer demand through product offer optimization and activation.
We are now looking for a Business Expert to join our In & Post inventory management team within Global Merchandising. Someone with the ambitious to be part of driving our Post-season inventory management strategy and setting the scope for future initiatives.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Be part of driving full scope of post-season inventory management together with Business Expert post-season.
Support regions to take best post-season stock optimization decisions.
Set and drive existing processes, tools and methodologies within post-season.
Support Post-season operation including MDO.
Co-developing new initiatives for post-season inventory management.
Be part of driving the future development of our Tech products, both existing (MDO & Determinator) and the roll-out of future ones (MDR).
Collaborate cross functions (Regions, controlling, BUs, Supply planning).
External exit strategy in collaboration with Reverse supply team.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in roles within merchandising, e-commerce, business development, business strategy or similar field.
Analytical skills and ability to translate data into clear insight as a base for decisions.
Strong business understanding and genuine interest in creating business value.
The ability to see the bigger picture yet keeping attention to detail.
Great team spirit, who thrives in a dynamic work environment and create results together with others.
Ability to explain complicated technical concepts to a less technical audience.
A creative, curious and solution orientated mind-set
Strong communication and coordination skills to set processes, identify new possibilities and engage community to share best practices.
The drive to shape something new, to further develop methods and WoW within merchandising to ensure we are in the forefront in how we enable and support stakeholders
Additional Information
This is a temporary position covering for a parental leave, with start date in July/August and until March/April 2025. The role is based in Stockholm.
