About Inventory Optimization Area
Inventory optimization is a part of the Customer Fulfillment Domain. Our responsibility covers solutions and improvements from replenishment, through stock optimization and fulfillment of orders to customers, stores, and partners. Inventory Optimization currently have 13 products, and their missions is to make all inventory sellable and available for H&M group customers in the most profitable and sustainable way possible. They generate value by actively supporting growth and operational improvements.
Products in Store product
Products in Store belongs to the area Inventory Optimization where we focus on stock optimization and fulfillment of orders to customers, partners, and stores. The goal of Products in Store is fulfilling our ecosystem’s expectation on product availability and transparency in our stores, by providing intelligent replenishment and pick logic with intuitive, available, and up to date tools and technology to manage stock in store.
The team is working on exciting projects to utilize our stores for omni purposes such as Fulfill from Store/Buy Online Pick up In Store (BOPIS), and In Store Replenishment. The product’s foundation is H&M Group’s use of RFID across our supply chain.
As a Business Expert in Business Tech, you will be in the center of the action where product meets business. You will be working closely with Product Owners, development teams and other stakeholders, helping to make sure that the product development is in line with the business need. The Business Expert believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. Your focus will be on value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership and accountability. Delivering exceptional customer and business results.
As a Business Expert in Inventory Optimization and Products in Store:
• You will be part of a multi competent product team having the full responsibility to identify and create business value.
• You together with the product team, will drive the tech agenda to take Inventory optimization to the next step, based on deep understanding of the product flow/availability and the potentials for the future.
• You will have a tight collaboration with stakeholders in different parts of the organization, to make sure that process & tech is working hand in hand.
• You will secure progress, explain, anchor, and secure the content in the process and the solution. All with the aim to maximize business impact, benefit, and effects.
Qualifications

You can also communicate efficiently, both within the team and with different stakeholder groups and prioritize what needs to be done based on business needs and potential impact. You are truly a doer, willing to get hands-on, solving any problems needed to help the product move forward. You also have a change management mindset and capacity to work independently and take ownership.
We believe that you have a relevant educational background and that you:
• Have the ability to analyze and generate insights from big amounts of data from multiple sources
• You have experience rolling out new process to end users, including training and follow up
• You are a connector & collaborator, positive and energetic, easily connect with people, and you build trust and relationships at all levels.
• You are truly a “do-er”, willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to make the team move forward
• You have strong communication & presentation skills
• You are preferably familiar with digital development
• Have a strong interest and understanding of the customer journey
• Preferably is familiar with working agile
• Have very good speaking and writing skills in English
We also believe that you have at least 2-4 years previous experience in any of:
• Store Operations
• Retail Sales
• Retail Merchandising
