Job Description
Are you an excellent communicator and collaborator with experience in production and PLM processes? Join us as our new Business Expert!
As a Business Expert within the Product Specification team you will both work with the current Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process and will be heavily involved in the future PLM process, methods and architecture. We empower our organisation to drive an efficient and correct specification of the component and product to deliver the best products to our customers that make them look and feel good, when and where they want them.
Responsibilities
As a Business Expert you will be a significant part of the future PLM journey. Together with your team, you will define strategic vision and connect all needed components and product information to provide an efficient and smooth PLM process with focus on assortment and production. You will ensure that the correct product specification is available at the right time. Furthermore, you will:
Identify, analyse and clarify new business opportunities and needs and coordinate with different stakeholders ensuring the we create value in line with the H&M Objectives.
Drive the future ambition and improvements for the PLM process
Actively contribute to build and maintain a strong and psychologically safe team
Create learning material/method updates and execute roll outs
Who are you?
As a Business Expert you are a helpful team player who is a great collaborator and communicator within your team and towards different dependencies. You have the ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments. You are driven and take ownership while making sure to listen and gain insights from dialogues with PLM users. We also believe you:
Have good understanding of the PLM process and specifically the product development process from a production perspective
Are open to learn more about technology but most importantly be passionate about how tech can drive value for the company, improve efficiency in business and help users for example via efficient user flows and AI support
Understand the importance of structured data as a strategic asset in the entire product lifecycle
Have at least 3 years previous experience from working in or in close collaboration with Production or with business development
