About the role
In the Customer Fulfilment domain, you will be part of our Allocation Precision team which responsibility covers solutions and improvements from allocation, through stock optimisation and fulfilment of orders to customers, stores and partners. Allocation Precision currently has 7 products where our overall objectives are to increase allocation accuracy, and efficiency across all sales channels and brands. As we are currently looking for a few talented Business Experts, you can possibly join one of the following products: E2E Visibility or Predictive Analytics and Forecasting.
E2E Visibility is the stock visibility tool used by sales and supply chain in all markets. The purpose is to provide accurate, accessible, and transparent information about out supply chain and stock. Additionally, it should be a platform to develop and discover new actionable insights, on how to improve our supply chain processes.
Predictive Analytics and Forecasting product helps customers get what they want, when & where they want it by providing more efficient, accurate & transparent first allocation suggestions for our OL channel. We do this using AI-powered models where we combine customer demand and robust causal facto
Responsibilities
By being a person interested in tech, forecasts, supply chain and the customer experience, you will find this position exciting.
You will utilise our vast supply chain network with data and AI, to optimise the allocation process.
You will be part of a multi competent product team having the full responsibility to identify and create business value.
You together with the product team, will drive the tech agenda to take allocation to the next step, based on deep understanding of the product flow/availability and the potentials for the future.
You will have a tight collaboration with stakeholders in different parts of the organisation, to make sure that process & tech is working hand in hand.
You will secure progress, explain, anchor and secure the content in the process and the solution. All with the aim to maximise business impact, benefit and effects.
Qualifications
A person who fits in this role is self-driven, customer driven and analytical. You and your product team will identify plenty of potentials and improvement areas. Hence, to make a difference for our allocation precision teams you need to be able to transform this into tangible actions in a keep it simple way.
You have at least 1-2 years previous experience in any of:
o Retail Merchandising
o Online Merchandising
o Logistics operations / planning
o AI/AA development or integration
o Retail sales / demand forecasting
You have experience of informal leadership
You posses a deep knowledge of logistics/ supply chain processes
You are a connector & collaborator, positive and energetic, easily connect with people, and you build trust and relationships at all levels.
You are truly a “do-er”, willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to make the team move forward.
You are strategic, analytical and fast in understanding and execution
You have worked with data analytical tools, preferably with PowerBI
You have strong communication & presentation skills
You are preferably familiar with digital development
