As a Business Expert, you will be part of a global team with a global responsibility. With 8 brands and almost 5000 stores on all continents our future communication tools are up for a challenge. Your focus is to translate business needs into solutions, secure knowledge about communication strategies, trends and business needs making sure that it is relevant, branded and personal. You will have a key role in creating value and growth, ensuring that our colleagues will have access to modern communication channels depending on location, role and the tasks they are about to engage in.


Responsibilities
Our team is responsible for all existing communication solutions but also for developing and testing new platforms. You will manage several stakeholders and aggregate their needs to find micro and macro trends and translate them into solutions for our engineers so we can create a modern communication experience for all employees. You will have a strong understanding of the product and define appropriate business, product and quality metrics and key success indicators. To be successful in this role we believe you have:
Knowledge in modern communication & collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365
Experience from working in retail area with communication processes and solutions
Knowledge in agile ways of working. Eg SAFe
Bachelor or Master’s degree within communication, IT, media or economics.

Leadership?
In this role there is also a possibility to join as a Competence Lead, which means that you have a dual focus; including both staff responsibility and contributing operationally within your product team.
