Job Description
Are you a skilled Business Expert that wants to work with one of the fashion industry’s biggest data Network transformations and create state-of-the-art solutions to make an impact on a global scale? Join us in the role as Business Expert within the Network group at H&M.
As a Business Expert you will work within the Technical Service Area Network. We are focusing on operating and managing the H&M Network and at the same time developing the next generation Network for a cloud-based application delivery, collapsing our Network, and running Network as a code to increase end user experience and Network availability for our business across all locations around the world. We work closely with suppliers and outsourced functions to govern optimal spend and cooperation within the Network domain.
Our mission within the Network team is to deliver an intelligent, innovative, and trusted network with business aligned availability, being an enabler for H&M digitalization journey to deliver great user experience.

As a Business Expert you will be in the center of the action where products meet business. You will be the bridge between business and tech and work closely with appointed stakeholders across the globe, making sure that H&Ms global Network delivery is in line with business needs.

Working with a focus on value creation, growth and serving stakeholders with full ownership and accountability. You will have a decisive impact in how we shape the future of H&M Group’s network and make it fit for purpose based on stakeholder and business needs.
Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders and provide guidance to create alignment between business, processes and technology, review cost, benefits, risk, impact etc., of changes.
Act as a partner to the product teams and help them derive actionable insights and product requirements by applying your deep expertise in the area
Contribute with specialized Business area expertise to help improve Products to solve business needs
Support with identifying new product features based on business opportunities by assessing feasibility and requirements
Develop an understanding of existing business within the appointed area of responsibility
Identify interdependencies and use ‘holistic thinking’ to ensure the cross-team perspective
Who are you?
We believe that you are a great communicator with stakeholders and change management skills. You inspire others and believe in collaboration. You have the passion for combining business goals with tech solutions and can solve complex problems by using your business mindset and with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. You have previous experience from working in large companies with many stakeholders, you have worked with distributed teams, and you know how to translate business requirements and visualize technical roadmaps. We also believe that you have:
Curious mindset to learn and understand how the Network delivery can support the business needs
Ability to discuss customer and business aspects in a tech environment
Ability to support and explain deep subject matters (e.g., within network, LAN, WAN, WiFi, Service desk, IT Device Management, Support & Operations) to relevant stakeholders.
Understanding about product development from ideation to release.
Ability to make quick decisions, supporting stakeholders and product teams.
Ability to work and focus on todays as well as future challenges and opportunities in an agile way of working
