As a Business Expert within the Payments Area, you will have a great opportunity to impact a big organization including all brands under the H&M Group. You will be part of a small cross-functional and cross-competent team. You will work in close collaboration with the Product Owner, other Business Experts, Software Engineers, and Data Analytics. The team´s responsibility is end-to-end within the product area – “you build it, you run it!”. As a Business Expert you will be involved in setting the team´s Objectives & Key Results, mission statement, exploring business and customer needs, identifying new products and features as well as improving the existing ones. Our vision is to deliver a cross channel payment experience so smooth and simple that our customers leave with a smile.
As a Business Expert within the Payments Fraud Prevention team, you will be responsible for identifying and investigating trends in fraud signals using transaction data and anecdotal inputs. You will work collaboratively with the rest of the Payments Fraud prevention team to discover the root causes of fraud cases, propose mitigation actions, and execute them. You will also be responsible for ensuring all payment related use cases remain monitored as the business expands and changes. The building and management of relationships with vendors, internal clients, and stakeholders, and coordinating efforts with other security functions across H&M is a key part of the job.
You will also…
Work together with internal stakeholders when configuring payment fraud prevention tools and evaluating the impact on sales, cost, customer experience, and IT infrastructure.
Lead payment fraud prevention tenders for new and existing markets for the H&M Group and all sales channels.
Build and execute joint business plans with strategic partners to secure growth and success through payment fraud prevention mechanisms.
Collecting requirements and identifying new products and features based on customer and business needs and opportunities.

Qualifications
Our journey will lead to something new and exciting - we will test, fail, and learn. You are an important player in this agile transformation; therefore, we believe you are flexible, pragmatic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing. We believe that you have the ability to support the business with a clear customer focus in mind and the ability to challenge and act independently, take own initiatives and lead the way – always striving to find the best way forward. Furthermore, you have a flexible and non-prestigious mindset to switch between different tasks when required due to workload or activities.
You also have…
2+ years of some combination of payments fraud protection, e-commerce payments, vendor management, root cause analysis experience, and a competency in working with data.
Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
Bachelor's degree in business or other related fields.
