In our team, Program Enablement (SNDE), we are a diverse team with the objective of driving the TRATON & Scania Procurement transformation into a new Process & IT Landscape, enabled by SAP and other best of breed solutions. We are looking for someone to join us on this amazing journey, and to take the leading role in bringing developed solution live into our global procurement organisation located on three different regions, Sweden, Brazil and China.
We are seeking an experienced business Implementation Lead to oversee the deployment of SAP-based solutions within our procurement organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement processes, SAP implementation, and project management. This role is critical in ensuring the successful integration of SAP solutions to enhance our procurement operations.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP procurement solutions.
Own and support the overarching change journey for procurement
Develop and manage project plans and timeline.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure seamless transition between process development and implementation.
Oversee training activities and workshops for end-users.
Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meets set business requirements.
Oversee data migration activities to ensure seamless transition to new systems.
Ensure data integrity and seamless integration with existing systems.
Drive continuous improvement and optimization of procurement implementation processes.
Your profile
We see that you have a Proven experience in leading SAP implementation projects within the procurement domain. Solid understanding of procurement processes, and a commitment to lead others in a high-paced environment with multiple dependencies. You possess excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on a timely manner with a focus on quality. An analytical and problem-solving mindset is of the essence, as well as the ability to communicate in a structured and clear way with a varity of different stakeholders.
