Preferably you have a Bachelor/Master degree in Business, analytics or a related field followed by a minimum 5-7 year of experience in business performance management, business intelligence or business analytics. To be successful in this role you have the ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English, work independently and in a team, perform wide variety of tasks. We also hope that you are curious, open, flexible and not afraid of working in a dynamic environment where new processes need to be defined independently and/or in the team.
You have knowledge in following areas:
• Good knowledge of existing business information, analytic solutions and information landscape in a complex environment
• Good understanding new technologies, analytics, data science and their application in business context
• Deep knowledge of how to structure data and information in both processes and information technology tools to ensure reliable, accessible and relevant information, always securing the appropriate levels of privacy and security.
• Good understanding of project management processes including methods and tools; and how to integrate them.
• Good understanding of the customer needs demands and expectations on the markets.
• Preferred to have an understanding of IKEA business, its market and industry; knowledge of Ingka group's core business operations and key interactions between businesses/functions.
• Preferred to have an understanding of Ingka’s business, financial and operational processes, their inter-dependencies and how to work through them.
• Knowledge about the IKEA concept, its Brand identity, Culture & Values and strategic directions.
You have an ability to make the change happen in people and a strong drive to deliver. You pay attention to quality in accomplishing a task. You are analytical, able to examine data, determine cause & effects, and draw conclusions. You are results orientated, have the ability to focus on meeting and exceeding the desired result. You also have strong collaboration skills, good at building alliances and working together with the team and other stakeholders, inside as well as outside of IKEA. You have the ability to communicate in clear, straight forward manner.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Group Business Information Leader works in the Business Information function, contributing to Ingka’s three core businesses IKEA Retail, Ingka Centres and Ingka Investments. The Group Business Information Leader supports the management reporting agenda together with the Business Navigation Managers across the Ingka Group to support decision-making.
The Group Business Information Leader drives the development and implementation of the performance reporting framework inclose cooperation with leaders and specialists throughout the Ingka Group, by advocating standardisation in the use of business information as well as identifying and prioritising further development needs to enable the use of an automated and standardised business information landscape.
The goal is to significantly increase the efficiency and effectiveness through transforming the management reporting landscape and ways of working with it.
You will:
• Work together with users of business information to advocate the use of common business information solutions and to identify any hinders to further standardisation and simplification
• Develop and deliver a prioritised, simplified management reporting roadmap and landscape together with Digital, Group Functions, IKEA Retail, Ingka Centres and Ingka Investments and the markets
• Develop and follow up on the performance reporting framework with stakeholders from both business and Digital
• Lead the development and secure the production of multidimensional management reports covering all business dimensions of the Ingka Group, based on financial and non-financial information for decision making purposes on tactical and strategical level
• Define and secure alignment on the management reporting needs with Inter IKEA and other stakeholders
• Secure together with the Digital unit, that the management reporting solutions meet the requirements of the lowest cost, effectiveness and consistency across the whole business
• Maintain the Business Information framework for defining business requirements on data and BI tools to enable the management reporting
In this role you will report to the Group Business Information Manager. This role is located in Malmö.

Group Finance & Global Business Operations enables business transformation and secure Ingka Group long term profitable growth and independence through standardised, centralised and automated financial and non-financial management reporting.
