Time Critical Support TCS) team in Lundby is an experienced, small tailor made team supporting Group Truck Technology end users, mainly with procurements and other type of end-user daily questions. Can we specify? We also secure uptime in our critical test environment when it comes to the infrastructure equipment. We work as one team with a good team spirit where we challenge each other in a respectful way and keep a high level of trust. The users of our IT services is always in focus. Role description 


As Business Infrastructure Manager for Electromobility Software you will manage global requirements, key initiatives and relevant usage of infrastructure services for testing technology. You will also be responsible for data management and simulation solutions, aligned with roadmaps and business processes. You will work with both standard and non standard IT solutions.
As the main responsible for the electromobility area, you need to secure and deliver on roadmaps for this in your area of responsibility. Förtydliga You also need to manage investment needs and have good insight of the budget for this area.


You will identify and promote needed funding for relevant proof of concepts, service development and deployment initiatives outside delegated limits Inform about Infrastructure services quality & performance, including major incidents affecting your stakeholders, follow-up of satisfaction surveys, etc. You also have a responsibility to develop and improve way of working and developing yourself and the team.


Required knowledge/experience 
A Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience is required as well as ITIL education.
To be successful in the position You need to have an IT architect background. Experience from Windows, Linux environment, network, server is preferred.
You need knowledge around common and shared IT services such as Network (LAN, WiFi, WAN and other connectivity services), Printing and Identity management services (User Accounts ...), Storage and Data management services
You need to be excellent in requirement management and be able to build bridges between our Software factory and infrastructure solutions.
Earlier experience from software development is an advantage, and that will be a plus. Experience from working on well-structured problem and improvement work is a plus.
