Key performance areas
As an AM Coordinator you will lead and deliver application management globally within the Business Intelligence (BI) function. Your main responsibilities also include:
- Receiving new maintenance objects for AM in accordance with the hand-over process
- Working according to the AM concept: e.g. incident, problem and change handling
- Receiving new assignments
- Supporting resources in contacts with other parties (e.g. customers, suppliers)
- Developing and improving the AM within the function together with the function manager
- Participating in development of methods and processes within AM, if so required
- Planning AM assignments
- Allocating resources according to needs
- Following up and reporting to the customer (system owner)
- Following up internally and reporting within the AM concept
- Coordinating with partners (external suppliers, etc.) and following up on their performance, services, etc.
- Providing input (expectations and feedback) for the performance management process
- Managing escalations of critical issues and risks to managers

As AM Coordinator you will be a part of the BI Management team.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and experience of customer relations and customer business. Some form of IT background and, preferably, prior experience of a coordinating or project leading role, is advantageous. Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is required, while knowledge of Swedish is a plus.

As a person you are organized, with strong leadership skills, and have the right mind-set and the will to coordinate work. You are also customer-service oriented and have excellent communication skills. You easily build networks and relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
