Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Business Intelligence Analyst with responsibility for the sales and operations planning process, you will play a key role, using your skills in compiling, analyzing and presenting data to support the management team with recommendations for actions and improvements for the business unit.
You will work with a wide variety of stakeholders and functions within the business unit, as well as in our global organization.
The role reports to Value Chain Manager.
Your responsibilities
Creating and improving KPIs and reports to enable data driven decision making
Sales and operations planning
Based on market input creating a production plan and a forecast to our suppliers
Identifying root causes for non-performance, and driving improvement initiatives across the business unit
Establishing and sharing best practices for operations planning processes, inventory management and resource management
General business data analysis support for the business unit as well as the global organization

Your background
A degree in IT, Statistics, Optimization, Supply Chain or other relevant field, alternatively equivalent work experience
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills in both Swedish and English
Strong analytical skills and knowledge as well as a data-driven approach
Expert knowledge of Excel and experience of production planning are preferable
Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI is a merit
