Business Intelligence Analyst

As Business Intelligence Analyst at FlexLink, your responsibility is to support our CRM migration project with the goal to increase customer centricity through data quality excellence.
Main activities and responsibilities:
Support the CRM migration at all step of the project
Train, guide and monitor, that all users work in line with the guidelines
Manage roll-out of new features and functions within the CRM system
Lead the implementation of Marketing Automation for FlexLink
Install a process for Lead Generation, Nurturing and Qualification
Support digital Sales initiative and implementation of Forecasting tools
Manage communication and relationship on multiple levels both with customers and within the Coesia Companies



This is you
We believe that you are a person with operational expertise in a sales unit and a strong background with CRM processes. You also have experience from business analysis both from market and profitability perspective. Your experience in change management, project management and benchmarking will make you succeed in this role!
Required skills:
Engineering, IT, Business Administration degree or MBA or equivalent
Skilled with IT tools like MS Office, MS Dynamics CR, Power BI or SAP Analytics
Fluent in English in writing and verbally
Organization, communication, and networking
High degree of self-initiative and critically question the status quo
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Analytical thinking and judgement
Ability to translate numbers into stories
Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
