Business Intelligence Analyst

As the first Business Intelligence Analyst here at Toca Boca you’ll be working in a unique team environment where we have blended together all functions in the company that deliver insights, namely data science, data engineering, market and user research and soon with your addition: business intelligence analysis. Together we are the Research and Insights team.

With 65 million users across all our apps, there’ll be plenty of data for you to dive into.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll work closely with the leadership-, product- and partnership teams of our main products to deliver insights. You’ll help these teams make sense of the data by analysing trends and behaviour in the data as well as being responsible for implementing and maintaining our dashboard and reporting environment.

You’ll be the go-to person for ad-hoc data requests within the company. The tech platform you’ll be working with on a daily basis is Tableau on top of Google Big Query.
Is this you?
You are an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst who is used to working with SQL and Tableau to deliver automated reports and insights.

You have strong communication and presentation skills as well as a keen eye for detail and design when delivering insights. Enthusiasm for how to deliver data is important. In our team we feel that storytelling is the most vital part when delivering insights. We don’t deliver or display data at Toca Boca without context or a story.

You have a service minded attitude and a friendly and calm personality. You can work very independently and adjust and prioritise your schedule and plans on the fly based on incoming requests.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). We apply a 6 months probationary period. As we’re an international company, with over 20 nationalities working here, and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
