Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a BI Analyst to join the Mitigram team in their ambitious endeavour to shape the future of financing global trade. As a BI analyst at Mitigram you will continuously deliver insights to some of the world’s leading financial institutions and corporations, as well as to the internal Mitigram teams.
The role is also an opportunity to influence and contribute to Mitigram’s advanced analytics roadmap from descriptive analytics to actionable insights for a truly data-driven organisation and customer base.
This role is set as a hybrid, which means that if you are located in Stockholm, work takes place alternately at our Stockholm office on Östermalm and from home.
Responsibilities
Work with senior management, product and customer managers to enable data driven decision making
Develop data lake and data warehouse infrastructure together with data engineers
Create and maintain dashboards and reports for customers and internal teams
Develop and maintain analytics tools in SQL server, Power BI, Metabase and Splunk
Ad hoc analysis for key customers and business cases

Required skills and experience
2-3 years’ experience as a data analyst, BI specialist or similar
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related technical field
Experience in using data visualization products and technologies, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Proficiency with relational databases such as SQL Server, Postgres, or MySQL
Experience in using statistical and scripting languages such as Python, R, SAS, or MATLAB

Meriting experience
Experience with DAX and PowerQuery
Proficiency with Excel
Data modelling know-how for analytics as well as machine learning
Experience with diverse data types
