About this opportunity

We are looking for a new Business Intelligence and Development Team.

A new approach to ensuring a Security Transformation Capability has been initiated to raise the bar for security across the company and to support Ericsson’s Security Strategy to reach the wanted position of having “Security embedded, integrity delivered”. By way of reaching the wanted position for security, a Security Operations Organization is being set-up within Development Unit Networks (DNEW) to strengthen Ericsson’s competence within security assurance.

This is vital from an Ericsson perspective as our culture and capabilities ensure that high security standards are embedded in all products and processes, making us the industry’s preferred partner.

The new Security Operations Organization will be established as a key function and will be engaged in driving research, analysis, development, and execution of security related topics.

What you will do
Build Ericsson knowledge and capabilities around market security requirements with key focus on local security regulations, global security standardizations and key customer accounts security expectations
Build Ericsson competencies with respect to product security risks
Synthesize all related product security requirements and update DNEW Security Level Matrix on monthly basis
Communicate insights, drive strategic discussions, and gain acceptance together with internal stakeholders
Participate in internal strategic projects and understand technical strategies for own product area
Overall support on business intelligence related to cyber security to Chief Engineer of Security Program @ Networks


You will bring
Master’s degree or higher in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
Several years of experience from Business Intelligence work
Experience within product security and/or information security
Knowledge and understanding of the Global telecommunication security market
