Business Intelligence Developer

Etraveli Group is looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to serve our Finance and Customer Service departments.

About the job
Your main task will be to create business intelligence applications, mainly in Qlikview/Qliksense and Looker, to cover the needs from the Finance and Customer Service departments. As the team is newly established the main focus will be on innovation and creating new applications to provide stakeholders the right tools to monitor performance and to make well educated decisions in their day-to-day work. It also means that your work will consist of data modelling and implementation of the whole ETL process.
As Finance and Customer Services work in a number of different systems with third-party databases, you will also have a key role and responsibility to further develop and enhance the data from the specific ERP systems and drive these enhancements against these third parties. To summarize you will in you role work on:
Development of business intelligence applications
Information engineering and data modelling
Simplifying and automate current business reporting
Articulate operational related business requirements to data owners
Act as stakeholder against external and internal parties.

Requirements
The job requires both a deep understanding of the business needs and the skill set to acquire, handle and analyze the relevant data. You have some experience from communication of quantitative information and a business interest. Personality-wise you are curious, methodical and thorough.
Required qualifications
University degree in a quantitative field (economics, engineering or similar)
Experience in data visualization
Demonstrated abilities in data handling
Experience of Business intelligence tools and development (QlikView, Looker, Tableau)
Strong communication skills including excellent command of spoken and written English.

In addition to this we highly value experience of
Programming (Python, R)
SQL
Gathering, structuring and visualizing data from ERP systems (e g Microsoft Dynamics, SAP)
