Business Intelligence Developer, Data Analyst

Do you want to work with business intelligence and highly skilled colleagues at a world leading company? We are now looking for a skilled Qlik developer in the Axis BI Team.

What is your future team?
We are a small team within the Information System Department that are on a journey to adapt to the next level in supporting and providing Axis with business insights. We interact with almost all departments within Axisand are looking for you who is curious to work in new systems and to gain insights in different ways in different business areas. Today we currently use Qlik, SQL and Python and the plan going forward is to incorporate otherbusiness intelligence systems which can be implemented and adapted to suit Axis' demands.

What you will do as an Business Intelligence Developer?
Your role is about sharing the technical responsibility for the long-term architectural setup for the Axis BI Team going forward. Together with the BI team you will translate user needs into technical. You will also play an important role in contributing to the growth and knowledge sharing within the team. As a company we have ambitious goals and team play is a key part in that, your contribution will be important.

Who are we looking for?
You are a passionate problem solver with a couple of years experience within the business intelligence area. You have no problems in turning needs into technical solutions and you can foresee and explain consequences of choices being made. In your role you will make sure that our systems and applications are managed for high availability, performance and security. You will also work with continuous improvements as well as testing environments and systems when needed.

We'd like you to have:

* A Master of Science in engineering, computer science or other equivalent education.
* At least a couple of years' experience working with Qlik and/or in equivalent systems.
* Python skills or a will to learn.
* Experience in working with machine learning.
* Understands agile working methods like Scrum and Kanban.
* Have good knowledge in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

It is a bonus if you also have:

* Experience from working with Operations/Logistics, at Axis or at other global companies.
* Experience to explore new functions, products, plugins and trainings.
