Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Scum Master to join our team
What you will work on:
Join the Business Intelligence team as a Scrum Master to support capacity and capability expansion for Business Intelligence.
Run team meetings and ensure effective communication within the team.
Maintain and update the backlog, ensuring its quality and completeness.
Ensure smooth flow and good documentation quality of assigned tasks.
Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog.
Clear obstacles and facilitate the team’s progress.
Foster a productive and efficient team environment.

What you bring:
Proficiency in Power BI, AWS, and relevant data analytics tools and methodologies.
Proficient in Scrum Master practices and methodologies.
Master’s degree (other education levels considered with relevant work experience).
Proficiency in Swedish and English on a professional level (Swedish proficiency can be optional).
Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Experience in advanced analytics techniques, including neural networks, statistics, predictability, extrapolations, and process mining.
Experience in running large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders at a high management level.
Ability to prioritize effectively in ambiguous situations with conflicting interests.
