We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist for Team Finance, with strong characteristics of structured thinking, technical skills, and a strong business mindset. As a Business Intelligence Specialist in Team Finance, you’ll work closely with all departments and managers across the organization to develop workflows, processes, and reports as well as providing your technical expertise to automate re-occurring tasks. A strong business mindset is needed to increase insights to drive sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with departments and managers on a daily basis
• Contribute to our data-driven decision process.
• Be the center of expertise in all systems within our data handling.
• Provide a fast-track support service and support in acute problem-solving
• Develop and improve workflows throughout all departments with automatization in mind.
• Take ownership of our BI-tools.

Essential Characteristics

• Excellent academic track record from a top business or engineering school. Minimum B.Sc. degree but M.Sc. degree preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken business English.
• Meriting if you have previous experience from roles related to business intelligence and business development.
• Proven track record of being able to structure and solve complex business problems.
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
• Curious, collaborative and mission-driven are words that describe you.
• Experience from BI-tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, GDS, Power BI is meriting.
• Experience with SQL preferred.

• The position is based in Norrköping or Stockholm
• This is a full-time position
