The Role:
As a Business Intelligence Specialist for BMW Northern Europe you will work in a dynamic environment representing a strong brand. You will get great opportunities to further develop the business intelligence-side and KPI-reporting within Customer Support. You will also be involved in the further development linked to customer support and their bonus program. Organizationally you will be placed in a sub-team of the Business Development department, which is taking care of Pricing, Planning and Steering of the Customer Support business.
In this function your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Develop Customer Support reports within the business development software QlikSense, in collaboration with local IT, external consultants.
• Maintain the overall QlikSense report landscape, making sure that data quality is ensured at all times.
• Further develop existing QlikSense reports based on organization needs.
• Develop and align key KPI measurements within Customer Support generally.
• Drive the realization of the bonus program, including digital tools to help tracking/measure bonus fulfillment.
Who you are:
You have a relevant professional background and hold a university degree in economics or similar education. You have a proven track record of well-developed skills within the area of business intelligence end user reports, business analysis/understanding and KPI development. It is positive with past experience and/or interest in the automotive industry, but not a requirement. You have an intuitive and natural understanding of IT, systems and similar, including high level Excel-skills. As a person you can handle a fast-paced environment and that you have an eye for details without losing track of the overall picture. Furthermore, you are self-driven and solutions oriented ´doer´ that more often see solutions than problems. We see it as an advantage if you have worked in any business intelligence systems, such as QlikSense.
Since we are an international organization you are fluent in English and at least one more Scandinavian language (preferably Swedish).
You are offered:
You are offered a consulting assignment at BMW Northern Europe on a 12 months contract and, with a good chance of renewal. We are looking for you who is available immediately, or within 1 month. This is a full-time assignment and you will work from BMW:s headquarters in Sollentuna/Silverdal.
