We are recruting a product owner for Cobat, Commercial Operation business analysing tool.
Cobat is collecting information from different source system globally. Merging the data to a common data warehouse and creating access to the information to Scania personell around the world. We are right now in an exciting situtation where we are connecting to more source system and increasing number of user daily.
You will be responsible to communicate with stakeholders and users, and lead the development of Cobat from a business perspective. There is high needs from the BU to increase content and implementation of Cobat. The work is both strategic and operational. You are part of defining the strategy going forward, but also guide the Cobat-team in the operative work to reach the strategic goals.
You like to arrange good procedures for development, implementation and support. You will have the important role in making sure that the development is prioritised according to user needs. You like to create structure, but also enjoy that the day is not always according to plan.
You will get a good business understanding and be part of a team which want to support a data driven Scania.
Desirable experience & qualifications
- University degree within Computer Science or corresponding work experience
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written is required.
- Proven professional experience of successfully motivating and leading software development teams in an agile organisation
- Background in the IT industry and/or the automotive industry is desirable
