Experienced Business Analyst to help us drive the development of processes and IT solutions, to support legal vehicle requirements (Group YMPL)

Within the Product Description Development (YM) we work with developing processes, methods, and system support to enable speed and modularisation in Scania’s product development process. We work with change management and develop the right conditions for Scania to be able to find the right solutions to create sustainable transport solutions more easily.
Within the group (YMPL) more specifically, we define IT solutions, methods, and processes for Scania to conform to legal vehicle requirements.
The Role
Your role is to analyze the needs of Scania in regards to legal vehicle requirements and translate this into an idea of how we in the best possible way can support these needs with methods, processes, and IT solutions. Further, the job includes acting as a Product Owner/Business Maintenance Manager for our existing IT solutions and leading our improvement groups. To be able to drive and lead different initiatives is also part of the job. You are a team player, both in supporting the legal team as well as supporting R&D and the rest of Scania within your area as a Business Analyst.

• You have long experience working as a Business IT Analyst and/or Product Owner.
• You can identify and analyze stakeholders’ needs and you can translate these needs into requirements, that you can coordinate, communicate, facilitate and lead the implementation of.
• You appreciate working in teams as well as working on your own and can prioritize your work.
• You want to work cross functionally over R&D and other parts of Scania.
• You are pedagogical and can simplify rather than deepen - visualize, educate and inform.
• You have customer focus which you show by understanding the needs of Scania.
• You are fluent in English.
Qualities that are nice to have
• Meritorious is good knowledge of the Swedish language.
• Preferably, you should have good domain knowledge within the area of legal vehicle
• You have experience with agile ways of working, using methods/frameworks like Scrum and/or SAFe.
