Then this is the right position for you. We are looking for a Business IT Analyst, that also can act as Business Maintenance Manager, for the R&D department Product Description Development (EYM)!

Within the R&D department Product Description Development (EYM), we work with change management and develop the right conditions for R&D to be able to find the right solutions to create sustainable transport solutions more easily. Within the group YMPL more specifically, we define IT solutions, methods, and processes for R&D to apply with and ensure legal requirements.

The Role
This role as a Business IT Analyst will be in the area of legal marketing, which handles labels and signs on trucks. Your responsibility will be to analyze Scania R&D's legal requirements and devise effective methods, processes, and IT solutions to provide optimal support. You'll also take on the role of a Business Maintenance Manager for our existing IT systems and lead improvement initiatives. As a collaborative team player, you'll offer support to both the legal team and R&D, serving as a Business IT Analyst and Maintenance Manager within your domain at Scania.

To succeed in this role we believe that you are able to identify, analyze, and translate stakeholder's needs into requirements. You should have the ability to communicate and visualize the change needed. You should also have the ability to coordinate, facilitate, and lead meetings and improvement groups, as well as be responsible for smaller projects and initiatives. Therefore you should be good at and enjoy establishing communication paths with the cross-functional teams closest connected to your role. An appreciation for both teamwork and independent work, coupled with excellent prioritization skills, is also crucial.
We would also like that..
• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
• You have at least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• You have experience as a Business IT Analyst and Product Owner.
• You have experience or a good understanding of change management.
• You have experience working with legal requirements.
• You write and speak fluently in English. If you write and speak fluently in Swedish, it is a merit.
Experience in working with system maintenance, defining requirements for IT, and working at Scania is also highly meritorious.
