Business IT Analyst at Scania Financial Services

Scania Financial Services is serving customers, dealers and distributors in 51 markets through 15 captive business units with financing and insurance solutions. In markets where we operate Financial Services finance about one third of Scania's sales. Over 700 dedicated professionals manage a portfolio consisting of 100.000 trucks, buses, coaches and trailers representing around 55 bn SEK of assets.

The central Process and IT function within Financial Services today consist of 7 people. The function has been build up from 2010 and our goal is to make sure that IT supports the common processes in the best possible and economical way. We are located together with the Global Management for Financial Services, in Södertälje. As one of our Business IT analysts are moving on to new challenges we are looking for an replacement to join our team.

Job Description
The Business IT Analyst job mainly focuses on development of common systems and lead or participate in different projects related to processes and IT within Scania Financial Services. In practise this involves to actively working to develop the support concept for common systems of the global scoring system (GCRM) and the central data warehouse (FSDW) and be the interface between all 15 captive business units and the common solutions. You will be driving the maintenance development work, coordinate updates and releases of common systems and handle business related support questions. In this position you will be reporting to the Head of IT and Process. The Business IT Analyst will be mainly responsible for:
.Actively work with the support and maintenance of common systems
.Development of IT governance for Financial Services
.IT/process representative in Financial Services projects
.Run minor assignments regarding process and IS/IT

Job requirements
We are looking for someone with high potential and ambitions to support our further developments in this area. You have a degree in IS/IT/Process development or have acquired this knowledge in your profession. Your skills and/or qualities should preferably include:
.Broad knowledge within IT
.Knowledge in supporting and maintaining systems and processes
.Broad experience from working with requirements (functional and none functional)
.Experience in bridging the gap between the business need and the system ability
.Run minor assignments within IT
.Knowledge in IT compliance
.Leasing, financing and insurance business knowledge is a plus

As a person you are structured, have quality in focus, analytical and result oriented. You need to act proactively in the contacts with local finance companies, and have the ability to communicate, and negotiate for central IT initiatives. The job offers plenty of international contacts both with our finance companies as well as software suppliers. Fluency in English is therefore a requirement. You will be expected to travel from time to time and you will be joining a team with high spirit and service orientation.
