You will be part of an IT team acting as a leading specialist. You collaborate with business stakeholders developing word-class solution to business. SSE IT is a support function within SSAB Europe, with personnel in both Sweden and Finland. Production Domain is part of SSE IT organization and is responsible for production ERP and MES applications.


Dina arbetsuppgifter
- Identifies development needs in co-operation with the business stakeholders. Analyzes them and provides solutions and development plans. Supports business in decision-making and developing business processes.
- Transforms the business requirements into IT system development programs, projects or change requests.
- Plans and defines development projects and acts in projects in specified roles (project manager, support business change, training, subject matter expert, etc.).
- Follow trends in the IT market, especially in production applications and MES area.
- Builds up and maintains operative networking approach with business people.
- Collaborates with external vendors and internal customers to provide IT services to business organizations.


Din profil
Education
- University degree in computer sciences, operations research, or similar area or equivalent experience

Experience
- A few years’ experience in a role including development responsibilities
- Understanding of modern and existing IT technologies and possibilities in digital services
- Experience in steel or similar manufacturing industries is beneficial

Personal Skills
- Customer and goal oriented, systematic and self-driven work attitude
- Innovative, active and eager to learn new things
- Analytical approach to work
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English. Finnish is advantage.
