Who are you?
We are looking for a senior specialist within IT and manufacturing. The main mission is to combine master plans with our GTO IT strategy to build the right roadmaps for the future based on R&D portfolio, industrial project portfolio and according to the Volvo Group wanted IT architecture and IT target map
What you will do
Elaborate and manage Digit and IT transformation roadmap
* Act as a support toward our production sites for elaborating their transformation roadmap considering factories’ industrial plan.
* Support the execution of the IT roadmap with stakeholder management, technical analysis, awareness and communication, identifying successes, issues, risks and potential actions.
* Secure that business & digital initiative strategy and goals are visualized and well understood.
* Manage and lead interactions with stakeholders, digit and IT local organizations, and end users.
Provide a cross-functional solution expertise
* Support the implementation of the roadmap from the cross-functional (E2E) D&IT perspective, based on the common architecture platform and shared technologies in the Dig & IT domain (CAST).
* Act as an expert on functional area processes and system capabilities
* Participate in the upstream phases of IT systems analysis (and, on occasion, lead them) as part of deployment projects, industrial projects or product projects.
Experience and competence
* Deep understanding of organization and strong collaboration skill. (Network/influence)
* Comprehensive and in-depth understanding of functional area processes and solutions.
* Extensive experience in IT development and implementation projects in an industrial environment.
* Experience in communication and cross-functional management.
* Proficient in English
Location in Göteborg, Umeå, Gent or Lyon
