Through your commitment, collaboration, and expertise, you can contribute to our sales and service organization by driving intuitive, efficient, and quality processes utilized cross the region.   

In the role as Business Key User (BKU) – Service, you are responsible for the regional development of our processes and key applications used to support the service business. Key word in all work is to have user friendliness and effectiveness as a key target in all designs.  
The BKU role is central in our service process where you are the link between the company’s various roles and IT to work with processes, systems and reporting issues linked to our service commitments. The role requires close collaboration with end-users to identify and document perceived obstructions and drive resolution. All documented in the roadmap for the function.   
The Business Key user – Service reports directly to Regional Strategy & Portfolio Manager. 
Your mission
* Responsible for defining demands and acting as a contact person towards internal functions such as end users, service managers and Business Process Experts.  
* Create and maintain a roadmap for systems and process improvements with a focus on developing solutions to perceived obstacles identified from end users. The roadmap describes activities, improvement proposals, problem formulations or various other changes to facilitate / improve the daily work in service and logistics linked to service.. 
* Run end-user forums to identify frequent problems, create instructions for how the problems should be handled and implement the new ways of working in the organization in the service area. 
* Drive, work with and support the development of flows and processes and routines linked to these within the company primarily aimed at service.  
* Actively develop, run training courses aimed at expanding end-user knowledge in available systems related to service and pass this information on to the rest of the organization. 
* Create and publish process & training material for common structures on Service SharePoint  
* Drive and be involved in optimization projects of service. 

Your profile
We would like you to have experience of working with the development of working methods related to service system landscape in a similar industry, or in the automotive industry. Proof that you have quickly taken on previous roles and been able to act as a driving force from a development perspective is meritorious.
You have experience from Project management, Basic knowledge of SAP and other business support systems. Very good oral and written proficiency in Swedish and English.
We are looking for you who have built up a knowledge acquired in some other way from previous business experiences, ad on theoretical education from college or civil engineering, preferably with a focus on logistics or equivalent is positive.

You also need to be flexible and to be able to prioritize. We also see that you have good social skills and have a strong Customer focus.
Localization
The service will be focused on and support our operations in Nordic with center of gravity in Sweden. This will include travel to our local service centers and customers. The position is based in our service center in Slagsta, Stockholm.
