The Team
We are growing fast and are looking for our new talented Business Lead for our B2B business. You will be working closely with other ambitious colleagues who are passionate about growing our customers' business and building first-class digital experiences. You will be a member of the Swedish Management team as well as the Avaus Group B2B development team. We are a social crew and enjoy working closely together and learning from one another.
The role
As a Business Lead B2B you will develop and execute a B2B sales plan, including target account identification. You will ensure that account plans are created for B2B clients, identify, nurture and close B2B sales opportunities. You will also guide and influence customer buying processes to generate profitable orders. You will contribute to developing Avaus’ overall business and sales strategies and plans, monitoring B2B sales opportunity pipeline, including sales and revenue forecasting. You will most likely be doing some of these things as well:
- Value realization at B2B clients, together with project- and account managers
- Development of offerings, messaging and commercial processes
- Negotiations of commercial terms with key clients
- Sharing of learnings across the Avaus group
Who are you?
Strong commercial drive, curiosity, and hold a positive mindset with a value centric sales approach. You are a people person with interest in creating enhanced business value by leveraging customer data into sales, marketing and CX. You want to challenge the status quo and commodity way of doing things. You get prospects to see their business challenges and ways to turn them into results, in a new light.
- Academic Bachelor's degree, e.g. in business, technology or similar
- Proven track record in consultancy or technology services sales
- Proven track record in discussing business drivers and value with relevant decision makers also on C-level
- Fluent in Swedish, as our customers require us to communicate in Swedish
- Fluent in English
Practical information
This is a permanent position with a 6 months’ probation period, based at our Stockholm office at Katarinavägen 17. Starting date as soon as possible or by agreement. We offer a hybrid remote workplace and you will report to Anna Trygg, Country Manager.
