Key Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a consultant for one of our customers' teams.
The role of Business Lead exists within the program's technical solution organisation, and it is in charge of establishing the right technical functionality and business processes in order to achieve the right business capabilities in general. The responsibilities of the role are divided into several categories.
The individual must be able to drive things from A to Z, understand various issues and how the new technology platform (Ocado Smart Platform - OSP) works, and understand what creates value for the business in general.
The Business Lead must be the driving force behind the work of analysing needs, detailing requirements, and following the requirements all the way to implementation, which necessitates a solution-oriented approach and a lot of drive.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Work experience in e-commerce and understanding of business drivers in a successful e-commerce
Work on the nexus of business, technology, and user experience - for example, as a role designer. Personalities of the Product Owner
Consultative and communicative in nature. Creates long-term solutions that are deeply ingrained in the business.
Analytical and tactical in nature.
Creates long-term solutions to complex problems.
Results-driven and practical.
Consider the context and how it can lead to the desired business effect.
