The Team

We are growing fast and are looking for our new Business Lead to our Strategy division. The team consists of a great bunch of people that help our customers translate customer data into business results. We continuously focus on competence development and make sure that everyone has the right tools at hand to succeed in their role. You will join a company of top-notch colleagues and experts in the field of Data & Analytics, Marketing Technologies, Marketing & Sales strategy.

The role

As Business Lead you will be responsible for the strategic and financial development of our management and strategy consulting business in Sweden, including the strategy project management teams. You will develop and execute on plans, be responsible for the business areas P&L such as sales and team billing. As such, you will also contribute to the Swedish overall P&L. You will ensure that the strategy and project management teams are developing according to or exceeding our targets. As Business Lead you are managing team leads in your business area and sharing learnings across the Avaus group . You will most likely be doing some of these things as well:

- Recruitment and resourcing of team members together with the teams leads for the strategy and project management team
- Sales and commercial development
- Staying on top of developments within the area and developing our competence development accordingly
- Be be a role of Avaus story and journey
- Value realization at clients, together with project- and account managers
- Contribute to negotiations of commercial terms with key clients





Who are you?

We believe that you have a strong leadership profile with commercial drive, curiosity, and hold a positive mindset with a value centric sales approach. You are a people person with interest in creating enhanced business value by leveraging customer data into sales, marketing and CX. You want to challenge the status quo and commodity way of doing things. You get prospects to see their business challenges and ways to turn them into results, in a new light. By communicating Avaus' vision, mission and value proposition you engage your teams, people around you and our customers and prospects. As a person you have a strong sense of ownership and want to be part of our journey! Beside your personality, we would also like you to have:

- Academic Bachelor's degree, e.g. in business, technology or similar
- Proven track record in team and business leadership roles
- Extensive experience in management consulting
- Fluent in Swedish, as our customers require us to communicate in Swedish
- Fluent in English


Practical information:

This is a permanent position with a 6 months’ probation period, based at our Stockholm office at Katarinavägen 17. Starting date as soon as possible or by agreement. We offer a hybrid remote workplace and you will report to Anna Trygg, Country Manager.
