The Global Electrolux Talent Program is a proactive initiative that brings together young talent across various functions and global offices of Electrolux. This program is for you, who are interested in a global, hands-on experience in an intercultural setting with the goal of securing global employment opportunities within the company upon a successful completion of the internship.
Business Leader Support - Digital Product Organization
As an enterprise producing millions of appliances each year and counting more than 50,000 employees, Electrolux is already offering a portfolio of digital products allowing end-users to live a unique experience in interacting with smart home appliances in a variety of mobile-driven user journeys across cooking, cleaning and wellbeing at home.
Such an offer is nowadays significantly growing in terms of volumes, variety of appliance categories, innovative use cases, partnerships and geographies to be covered.
The life-cycle practices involved in creating, developing, launching and maintaining such digital experiences, require these to be managed as Digital Products with an agile discipline. This capability is being built up in the newly established Group Digital Product organization, which is the key enabler of the company's digital agenda with regards to mobile applications and IoT. As the organization grows and scales to new products and cross multiple geographies and time zones, we are now looking for a Business Leader Support to enable the organization and its leaders to take the next step in its evolution.
You will partner with our business leaders, agile coaches, HR, transformation leads and many more. You will play a key role in organizing and producing material for leadership meetings and decision-making forums - such as decision material, strategic documents, and analyzes. The role also entails ensuring that our leadership is prepared with necessary information and material (presentations, speeches etc) to represent DPO on different occasions / forums.
A regular day at work
As a Business Leader Support, you will:
• Support / coordinate DPO leadership meetings, all-hands, leadership team days, big room planning's etc, by coordinating agendas, invites decision material, decision / action etc.
• Support / coordinate quarterly QBR (quarterly business review) sessions, with the leadership team review & update upcoming quarterly DPO OKRs (objectives and key results) to guide the organization in short and mid-term planning.
• Another key aspect of this role is to be a key part of the transformation office and together with agile coaches, transformation lead, HR and communication work to enable efficient communication within DPO and to the greater Electrolux.
• You will also be working with ad-hoc analysis and initiatives, often with short turn around and limited information.
• Maintain SharePoint site

Education & experience:
The position requires:
• Degree on any academic discipline with passion and interest in product management.
• Comfortable in juggling many tasks at once
• Stakeholder management, especially in multicultural teams.
• Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities while working effectively in a team environment
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, changing situations.
• Great problem-solving skills
• Excellence in MS-Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
It is preferred:
• Experience on working on a global scope and event management.
• Experience in management and consulting

• Learning experience within 14 months.
• Gross salary of 25,000 SEK for the first 12 months and 28,000 SEK for the 13th and 14th month.
